Learning Support Assistant - Daventry, Northamptonshire - Immediate start - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

Tradewind is working with a Primary School in Daventry to appoint Learning Support Assistants to work with students with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

*** LSA's - Daventry, Northamptonshire - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

***Immediate Start - Temporary to permanent roles for those who impress

Key Responsibilities - LSA - Daventry, Northamptonshire

  • Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting with SEN students
  • Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student
  • The students react well with calm and supportive individuals who are able help them understand the lessons
