Property Administrator

Overview:

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Logging keys in and out
  • Managing tenant / landlord enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Carrying out end of tenancy inspections in vacant properties
  • Maintaining accurate records of propertyrelated documents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or office roles
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
A driving license would be preferred but is not essential.

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
£12.08 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
