Atlassian Application Support Associate

Job title:
Atlassian Application Support Associate**
Location:Warton / Samlesbury / Hybrid (1 day a week onsite / as business requires)

Salary:
£45,326+

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (for the facilitation and processing of user queries, basic user training, nonaccess related requests and minor change)
  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve routine and complex customer issues.
  • Manage and maintain timely updates on incidents, problems and service requests.
  • Perform error diagnostics, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis
  • Replicate issues to verify and report productrelated bugs
  • Act as a primary point of contact for local escalation management.
  • Determine ways to optimize and improve Jira setup and workflows
  • Identify and advise where current functionality can / cannot meet user requirements
  • Identify skills gaps and customer training needs
  • Produce reports, documentation, and other digital selfhelp assets
  • Suggest and implement continuous service improvement ideas and initiatives
  • Support and assist with the implementation of Atlassian projects
  • Support technical collaboration & engagement between internal and external support teams, Software Vendors, IT Partners & Suppliers

Your skills and experiences:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Atlassian Products
  • Experience in a Technical Support, Software Services, Application Service Support or system administration role for a large enduser community
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced support / development environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in Windows / Linux environments
  • Demonstrated technical competence with some database skills, including the expertise to write and update SQL queries
  • Experience with APIs and REST calls
