Job Title: Sales Analyst

As a Sales Analyst at Just Eat, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing key aspects of our sales operations to support the success of our sales and account management teams in the UK as they acquire and manage restaurant and grocery partners.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong business mindset and a love for working with data, especially those looking to kickstart their career in sales operations and data analytics.

The Sales Analyst will collaborate closely with the UK analytics team to build strong connections that elevate the efficiency of our sales processes, forming an integral part of our Sales Strategy and Operations function.

  • Lead Database & CRM Management: Responsible for overseeing the leads database and ensuring data accuracy. Manage and optimize CRM data to cater to the specific needs of our UK partners.
  • Front-Line Salesforce Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed Salesforce reports to offer real-time insights to the sales teams. Customize reports and dashboards in collaboration with Salesforce administrators to meet evolving business needs. Maintain data accuracy within Salesforce for improved decision-making.
  • Tools and Data Accessibility: Ensure team members have seamless access to essential tools and data from day one. Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data access or tool-related issues.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities for enhancing sales operations through automation. Implement and manage restaurant segmentations to support targeted marketing. Adjust segmentations based on evolving business requirements in alignment with the sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven analytical experience in a commercial capacity
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets
  • Exposure to SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI tools
