We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team here in London.

You'll play a key role in optimising our sales processes and providing valuable insights to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales function.

Oversee and optimise the pipeline of outbound leads, supporting our go to market strategy and helping to build a sustainable and scalable platform for growth
Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and understand any blockers to their work and take proactive steps to alleviate them and implement solutions for smoother workflows
Develop and maintain regular reports on sales metrics for various stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvements and sales optimisation using data
Be the go to person for our CRM system (Hubspot) by ensuring information accuracy and providing training to the various users
Support sales teams in developing accurate forecasts based on historical data and market trends
Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on performance analysis
Serve as the liaison between sales and other business functions to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
2+ years of experience in a sales or an operations role
~ Understanding of the sales process, particularly outbound sales
~ Familiar with CRM and analytical tools, we use Hubspot, Tableau, Beauhurst, Cognism etc.
~ Knowledge of commercial insurance considered highly beneficial
