Seeking an experienced office administrator to join a well-established supplier in the Camborne area.

Main Duties:

  • Providing accurate product information.
  • Processing online and telephone orders.
  • Sales administration.
  • Liaising with customer in respect to delivery times.
  • Accurate and timely updating of company CRM/Customer records.
  • Admin support to sales and wider team as necessary.
  • Filing and general office housekeeping.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Good numeracy & literacy skills.
  • Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of updating and formatting spreadsheets.
  • Polite and Helpful telephone manner.
  • Ability to work alongside a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Natural relationship building abilities.
