We are recruiting a Head of Quality and Compliance to ensure the college secures continuous improvement in standards and outcomes for students and the student experience.

The postholder will promote and implement a total quality management approach to all aspects of the college curriculum. To lead and take forward new quality initiatives leading to quality improvements. To lead and coordinate the curriculum departments in all aspects of quality improvement.


As the Head of Quality, you will support managers across the college and deliver training through staff development activities, guidance and support for teaching staff and managers preparing them with the skills they need to secure exceptional progress for their learners.


You will be appointed as the Quality Nominee for awarding bodies and external verifiers in relation to course approvals and external verification for all provision types across college.


The postholder will also lead on the facilitation of developing opportunities for using e-learning and technology to enhance and enrich the student experience.
