Role Overview: As a Senior Behavioural Scientist, you'll be at the forefront of our award-winning, mission-driven work. You'll lead efforts to apply behavioural insights to tackle real-world challenges, driving innovation, and fostering positive outcomes for our clients and communities.

Who You Are:

  • A dynamic and highly skilled behavioural scientist with at least 3 years of experience in behavioural science, preferably in a consulting or commercial setting.
  • Great at managing projects with a flair for leading and developing teams.
  • An eloquent communicator skilled in translating complex concepts into clear, persuasive language.
  • Proven track record of driving results and winning work.
