Overview

  • Working within the Customer Success team, this role will support all current and future initiatives to drive submissions retention and growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of submissions across all Chambers Guides.
  • Help to build out a superior customer journey for all submitting firms, making it easy for firms to submit.
  • Respond to submission related queries

Skills and Experience

  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and remote
  • Some marketing background/knowledge would be desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Capable of working independently and at pace

Person Specification

  • A natural people person who enjoys helping others
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • High level of accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal), both external and internal and at all levels of seniority
