Overview
- Working within the Customer Success team, this role will support all current and future initiatives to drive submissions retention and growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of submissions across all Chambers Guides.
- Help to build out a superior customer journey for all submitting firms, making it easy for firms to submit.
- Respond to submission related queries
Skills and Experience
- Impressive communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and remote
- Some marketing background/knowledge would be desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Capable of working independently and at pace
Person Specification
- A natural people person who enjoys helping others
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- High level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal), both external and internal and at all levels of seniority
