What You'll Be Doing:

The main goal of this position is to handle various administrative tasks to aid teams and ensure an efficient, customer-focused, and cost-effective administrative service.

Specifically, the role involves receiving, organizing, and distributing documents to both internal and external parties as part of a legal process.


Main Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of work, manage data and recording systems, which includes cross-referencing EXCEL spreadsheets to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Manage relationships with client groups to gather necessary information promptly (e.g. professionals working with children with special educational needs and parents/carers).
  • Keep administrative systems precise including electronic and manual information management systems, and be willing to learn new electronic data management and document storage systems.
  • Handle and complete annual reviews and clear any backlog effectively.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Acceptable education level including Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent practical experience.

Relevant Skills & Background:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused business setting, either in the public or private sector.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems and office tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and clarify local policies and legal regulations.
  • Competence in IT use and familiarity with computerized IT system advancements.
