Client Services Administrator

We are excited to present a great opportunity with an International Law Firm currently looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their Guildford office.
In this role, you will become part of the Private Wealth Disputes team within an esteemed firm, requiring some admin/customer service background.
Role & Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is provided consistently
- Update service users on progress and task status appropriately
- Offer assistance to service users
- Support the Compliance & Risk Team with due diligence and Anti Money Laundering processes
- Create and manage files with understanding of principal documents within
- Handle postal deliveries, courier services, and document logging effectively
- Execute file closing procedures and archiving
- Complete tasks like photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing
- Assist in loading receipts, cheques, and bills onto the system
- Perform searches as requested
- Support any additional duties as needed
Practice Group Specific Tasks:
- Additional tasks according to the Practice Group you work in
- Preparing document packs and court bundles
- Keeping client records updated
- Preparing files for assessments
- Basic Land Registry searches
- Data Subject Access Requests
- Updating Intranet pages
- Other practice group specific administration tasks
Person Specification
- At least 6 months of administration experience
- GCSEs with grades A to C in maths and English (or equivalent)
- Strong customer service experience and work ethic

- Good interpersonal skills with adaptable approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy
