About the Trust


We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 695,000 people.

We also provide some specialist services for a wider population, including renal services in Medway and Maidstone and a cardiac service for all of Kent based at William Harvey Hospital, Ashford.

This is a Temporary role, this may lead to a permanent position

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Staff Experience Team.
  • Support key stakeholders with the timely delivery of engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with colleagues around the staff benefits and wellbeing platform offering.
  • Administer various staff benefits schemes, checking eligibility and processing approvals.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Previous administrative experience
