Embrace the opportunity to make a difference in the travel sector As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of store operations, such as team leadership, sales target attainment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will directly report to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate Away's values and brand philosophy to customers and team members
  • Develop, execute, and enhance operational activities to meet financial and customer expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, CX, creative, and HQ partners to deliver exceptional retail experiences
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture a team of retail associates, grooming them for future leadership roles
  • Supervise daily staffing, inventory management, and visual standards
  • Manage front and back-end procedures to ensure optimal store performance
  • Facilitate in-store marketing events by liaising with HQ team members


Qualifications:

  • Passionate about travel
  • Dedicated to revolutionizing the travel industry
  • Capability to handle items up to 25 pounds throughout shift
  • Able to be on feet for extended periods during work hours
  • Flexible to bend, squat, twist, and reach as necessary during work hours
