They are now looking for a dedicated
Senior Care Team Leader that can run the Nursing home in the absence of the Clinical lead and the Registered manager.

The position is a Full-time and the Shift pattern for this role is Fridays-Saturdays-Sundays-Mondays.


You will report to the Deputy and Home Manager and be the point of call for all Care Assistants and below roles.

Your main role will include supervising and being a role model to your peers as well as the duties of a normal senior.

Requirements of the role:

  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Senior and demonstrate good experience in leadership.

  • Excellent understanding of IT systems, such as word, excel. Good management of iPad, and phones and understanding of the need to document accurately
  • Knowledge of PCS and RADAR.
  • Have an NVQ level of 2 or 3 In Health and Social Care
  • Be medication administration trained
