CV Screen is recruiting for a Service Advisor for a well-established car dealership company. The role is Watford based and a salary of up to £28,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS

Your role as a Service Advisor will see you assist the Technical Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service and Storage Departments.

DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be the customer main point of contact on all service work
  • Raise job cards for technicians and consult with the workshop for all work required to be carried out, giving details for expected completion dates
  • Responsible for sending out MOT and service reminders to all customers
  • To maintain the integrity of data on the DMS
  • Scheduling service work to be completed in a timely manner
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Tracking vehicles through the workshop
  • The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand

REQUIRED SKILLS
The Service Advisor will have the majority of the following experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor for a car dealership
  • Technical Understanding of vehicles and all components
  • Qualification in the automotive field would be desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £28,000
