S&L Personnel are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative for our client based in Coventry CV1.


Our established client is the UK's leading operator of luxury student accommodation, working closely with their partners to deliver an exceptional student experience in some of the most innovative schemes in leading University towns and cities.


Hours of work are:

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours per week).

Pay Rate:

£11.28 Per hour

Maintenance Operative daily tasks:

  • Conduct Maintenance duties across the site
  • Repair any faults, electrical, plumbing etc in student accommodation
- work closely with site manager so all tasks can be completed in a timely manner
- conduct checks routinely on student accommodation and order Items/ stock

  • Maintain site cleanliness at all times.

Qualities/ skills required by a Maintenance Operative:

  • Good knowledge of D.I.Y skills is essential for this role
  • Able to plan required jobs throughout the day and order stock/items to complete work
  • Honest, reliable and able to use own initiative and organize daily tasks
  • Good communicator and out
- going personality is essential as you will deal with visitors and students

  • Excellent timekeeping is essential to complete all tasks efficiently

This Maintenance Operative role is on a Temporary basis with a fantastic pay rate.
S&L Personnel are a local recruitment company based in the Midlands.
