The role


We are providing full training and support for somebody who wants to start a new career, gain an understanding of the credit and finance world, and embark on their Radius career journey.

With incredible career progression and a growing business, now is the perfect time to join. We also offer study support for AAT, CICM or a funded apprenticeship.

Whilst experience in a credit role may be an advantage, the right attitude is the most important quality. We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.

What would your day to day look like?
This would be dependent upon the area you work, however typical responsibilities you can expect are:

  • Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy.
  • Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact.
  • Escalation of accounts and issues as required.
  • Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for crossdepartment working to build relationships & share knowledge.
  • Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team.

Communication - the ability to develop rapport with customers and colleagues over the phone.

Attention to Detail - a head for numbers and ability to spot and solve problems whilst dealing with a high volume of transactional data.

Drive to Succeed - driven to achieve targets, tenacious and persistent in your approach.

  • Experience in a credit control or finance role is desirable but not essential.
