**Introduction**

An exciting opportunity to join TfW as Junior Application Assistant who will provide a key provision and development of Finance systems, providing the system functionality meets the business needs and aids decision making.

**Role responsibilities**

You'll provide first time fix to end user issues by actioning tickets that have been logged via the helpdesk and by checking process failures to ensure appropriate recommendations are made to mitigate repeat issues occurring.

You'll identify and highlight any system issues by checking logs in a prompt manner to ensure availability of the system.

You'll provide end user support to technical and non-technical users by providing system training and guidance to improve the end user experience.

**Who we are looking for**

You'll need to have:

- Understanding of processes used in ERP systems.
- Experience of using and supporting a wide range of Microsoft software including Office Suite.
- Experience of working in a high volume, fast passed environment.
