Required Qualifications
- Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) certification with an active UK NMC Pin
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within nursing, such as Deputy Manager or equivalent
- Strong clinical expertise and assessment capabilities, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration
