Job Title: Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and treatment for our patients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience in leading a team. You will be responsible for the smooth administration of the ward and ensuring that your team has the skills, knowledge, and motivation to meet the high level of care expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of mental health nurses and support staff
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Ensure the highest level of care and treatment for patients
  • Manage the ward budget and resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
