Our Residential Property team are now looking to recruit a Legal Assistant with proven experience in Residential Property of not less than 1 year to join the team.


Preparing legal cases (under supervision) including:
(a) Liaising with/updating third-parties including lenders, solicitors and agents

(a) Drafting documents - transfer deeds, SDLT forms

(b) Handling of straight forward matters under supervision

(c) Carrying out searches

(d) Carrying out registrations and post-completion tasks

(e) Registering charge information with Companies House

Minimum of 1 years Residential Property experience

Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Good IT skills

Effective prioritisation with ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
