This role provides you with an opportunity to make a difference in major projects using your expertise and commercial skills. You'll be supporting Project Managers by providing commercial advice and ensuring efficient contract management. Your responsibilities will include drafting and issuing NEC3 TSC subcontracts, managing commercial relationships, and compiling monthly CVR reports. You will also participate in forecasting and strategy meetings to improve project and business performance.
We are looking for someone who is qualified in Quantity Surveying and capable of managing multiple projects. Experience in the construction sector, particularly with NEC3 contracts, is essential. You should have excellent commercial awareness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
