Beauty Edit Mayfair is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Skincare Brand Ambassador to join our team.

As a Skincare Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and promoting our range of skincare products.

This position is retail-driven, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their skincare needs and provide personalised recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of Beauty Edit Mayfair skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to effectively educate and advise customers.

Sales Generation: Proactively promote and demonstrate skincare products to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize revenue.

Brand Representation: Uphold the brand image and ethos of Beauty Edit Mayfair through your appearance, demeanour, and product presentation.

Retail Operations: Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment for customers.

Events and Promotions: Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches to create excitement and drive foot traffic to the store.
-
Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and skincare techniques through ongoing training provided by Beauty Edit Mayfair.

Requirements:

Beauty Therapist Certification: Qualified beauty therapist with recognized certification.

Facial Experience: Previous experience performing facials is a clear advantage.

Retail Experience: Demonstrated experience in a retail environment, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.

Passion for Skincare: Genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and helping customers achieve their skincare goals.

Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Sales-driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the business.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
