Job Description Creative Sales & Development Manager
The Proposers are seeking a Creative Sales & Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will excel in sales, possess a high level of creativity, and have a proven track record in selling.

This exciting position is a full-time role and perfect for someone who is looking to work, and advance, their career within a fast growing, creative, thriving and supportive business.

The Proposers is an award-winning romantic event company spanning over 10 years. Planning over 5000 events, with 100% YES success rate.

Based in London but with an international reach, The Proposers plans marriage proposals and romantic events for all budgets across the world.

This is a multi location role, home based and in the London Office based at the iconic Shard, predominantly 10am-6pm with flexible hours as required.

Develop, uphold, execute and optimize the brand

Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies that align with the company's core values.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to ensure seamless integration of sales and event planning processes.
  • To help with the execution of sales for The Romantic Event Academy
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the event planning or related industry.
  • Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box in a sales context.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Be part of a pioneering and award-winning company in the romantic event planning industry with a TV series coming out on Channel 4 this summer.
