Head of Social Media – global edtech/wellbeing – up to £100k + bonus + benefits (remote)

Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing tech company with a focus on personal growth, transformation, and wellbeing across global markets spanning the UK, US, and Europe. This team has exciting new initiatives in the pipeline that empower both individuals and organisations, they're seeking a creative Head of Social Media with a strong strategic mindset to join their passionate team.

This flexible role is fully remote, and benefits include bonus, medical insurance + dental and eyecare, 25 days annual leave, a focus on personal development & training, Macbook, and equipment allowance.

In this Head of Social Media role, you will play a key role in the development of the brand and their diverse creative campaigns. You will lead a content marketing/social media team, planning and delivering innovative digital marketing/advertising campaigns that achieve positive engagement and revenue. This strategic creative marketing position will lead on strategies for storytelling and brand growth across multiple social media marketing channels.

As the lead of the social media team, it is crucial that you not only come with innovative ideas but also thrive managing marketing projects. You will be an integral part of this dynamic edtech company, using your proven social media expertise and data analysis skills you will work autonomously and in collaboration with multiple teams to achieve results. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO you will plan effective marketing activities and grow the marketing department.

What do I need?

  • Experience in growing a global brand via social media
  • First-class writing and communication skills
  • A passion for education/coaching, wellbeing, and personal growth/mindfulness
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • 8+ years in forward-thinking social media marketing roles
