Criterion Capital and dstrkt are seeking a dedicated and innovative Social Media and PR Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relations to ensure effective resolution of challenging enquiries and complaints.
  • Create and execute engaging social media campaigns, actively posting and interacting on Criterion Capital and dstrkt social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Prepare compelling publicity materials and handle press enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Proactively cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the media.
  • Update social media content across all channels.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and incorporate them into our strategies.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize our online presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, public relations, and customer relations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Proficiency in tracking SEO and web traffic metrics.
