Shift Maintenance Engineers

Experienced Shift Maintenance Engineers responsible for supporting a wide range of Maintenance Engineering activities across the site. You will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering a robust manufacturing facility on our pharmaceutical production site.
  2. Generating maintenance strategies for existing and future production lines.
  3. Applying cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) in the maintenance work area.
  4. Aligning with cGMP through following site SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure).
  5. Utilizing problem-solving and lean techniques to identify root cause and implement correct maintenance, reducing waste & improving maintenance practices.
  6. Offering improvements and completing documentation.
  7. Ensuring all personal activities are reliably closed on time against agreed targets – PPMs, deviations, change controls, etc.
Engineering Maintenance Leads (days)

Experienced Engineering Maintenance Leads responsible for supporting manufacturing. In addition to the responsibilities listed for Shift Maintenance Engineers, the Maintenance Leads will also:

  1. Show leadership skills with good collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Handle maintenance planning and coordination.
  3. Demonstrate experience across reactive & pro-active maintenance.
  4. Have a technical skillset underpinned with a recognized Engineering Apprenticeship and/or additional qualifications.

Required Key Skills include:

  • Strong standard of technical skills of HND level or higher.
  • Proven track record of delivering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with a strong understanding of electrical control & automation systems i.e. PLC fault finding experience.
