Our client in the professional services industry is searching for a confident individual to support the team in handling new business inquiries from potential and existing clients.

As the primary contact for the firm, you will be responsible for addressing new inquiries, scheduling appointments, and distributing new business to lawyers in all practice areas.

This role includes aiding the marketing and reception teams, participating in event coordination, and covering reception as needed.

This position is available on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Managing new business inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Understanding client needs and suggesting appropriate services, identifying potential upselling opportunities.
  • Scheduling appointments, managing online chat, and providing quotations.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to organize events.
  • Assuming reception duties when necessary.
  • Assisting in creating monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on team performance, sales conversions, competitor analysis, and market trends to drive growth strategies.
