Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

Provide technical support and guidance to resolve users computer hardware and software problemsnCommunicates with users via Phone, Teams, Email and/or a support ticketing system to assess the scope of the problem and determine what, if any, resolution steps have already been takennApplies knowledge of computer software and hardware to assist users in resolving problemsnInstalls or assists with the installation and set-up of new hardware, software, and peripheral equipmentnCoordinates service or replacement of defective products from vendors and manufacturersnMaintains a knowledge base, of technical innovations, trends, and best practices: makes recommendations for new software and hardware that could benefit the UK&InDrafts or revises user training proceduresnMaintains logs of support services provided in ServiceNownManaging stock levels of DWS equipmentnWork closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a wide variety of end user to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfactionnAdhere to SLA's set by Global IT
