Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of the curriculum
  • Ability to effectively educate and engage students of different learning abilities
  • Knowledge of special education practices and strategies is a plus
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
