This post will establish whole system connections and networks, put in place screening sessions, organise and deliver training, and establish self -support group sessions.

The post holder will ensure an understanding of current service access and skills available to support the management of Long COVID symptoms.

Linking with teams in the community and voluntary sector the post-holder will develop networks of supported self management for people impacted by Long Covid.

This post is open to suitably qualified nurses and AHPs
