Six by Nico is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for an new HR Advisor to come and join our growing HR Department.


Working within a fast paced environment, you will assist in the management of a range of specialist HR activities including developing and implementing best practice policies and procedures, recruitment, career development, attendance management, discipline and grievance, and providing support and guidance to managers and staff on all HR related area.


You will be able to assist in the day to day running of the HR Department and be confident to cover any ER related issues in the absence of the HR Manager.


Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be part of a new department and help to build and mould the department into something special.


  • Dealing with various HR and payroll queries throughout the business
  • Reviewing and updating job descriptions
  • Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns
  • Being the first point of contact for managers and employees on ER Issues
  • Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
  • Identifying development needs
  • Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
  • Supporting the HR manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
  • Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives
  • Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives
  • Supporting managers with management of complex ER Issues, including capability and absence management
