Working Days and Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm

Duties

  • Exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Deputy Director of Workforce.
  • The role requires the ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines, to work on your own initiative and as a team player.
- drafting agendas, collating papers, providing support for report preparation, room bookings, circulation of papers in a timelymanner, refreshments and arranging travel itineraries and accommodation required, notices and timetable ensuring that appropriate equipment is available.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience


Significant experience working as an Executive Assistant at Senior Management or Board level, with the ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines, and work on your own initiative, as well as be a team player.
