About the Company: Global Greengrants Fund (GGF) supports grassroots activists and civil society organisations worldwide in addressing environmental and social justice issues in over 160 countries. GGF operates through a participatory and decentralised model, providing grants to grassroots groups globally.

The role entails supporting the Executive Director and senior leadership team, facilitating administrative and communications tasks, managing initiatives, and fostering relationships across the global team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in charitable, environmental, or grant-making organisations
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
