Level 2 Basic Carer:

  • £11.00 per hour weekdays
  • £11.77 per hour weekends
  • plus 0.347p per mile travelled

Level 3:

  • £11.39 per hour weekdays
  • £12.10 per hour weekends plus 0.347p per mile travelled


ENA Carecall Limited is conveniently located in the heart of Swadlincote Derbyshire running alongside the A511 and A444 with easy access to all local towns and villages in the area.

We have been established as a Home Care Service in Swadlincote for over 10 years and hold a CQC rating of Good.

We are currently looking for Care Assistants with a natural caring nature to join our team.


Our aim at ENA Carecall is to provide a high-quality Home Care Service for individuals who want to remain living in their own home who are unable to care for themselves regardless of their age, level of ability, gender, needs or ethnicity.

We ensure that our service users are able to remain independent to enjoy the freedom and lifestyle of their choice whilst receiving care that is appropriate to their needs built on dignity and respect and you will pay a key part in this:


  • What you will be doing:

To enable and / or assist individuals to remain in the community, to be supported and maintained safely in their own homes and thereby enhance the quality of life.

encouraging individuality and independence

helping individuals maintain relationships with neighbours, the neighbourhood and familiar activities and surroundings, providing social contact, especially for people who live alone


assisting other care workers and professionals to provide care for individuals being the face of 'care in the community' and acting as our representative.


What you will bring:

A naturally caring approach and a passion for helping people maintain their dignity.

A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times.

Good communication skills to effectively interact with individuals and fellow colleagues.

Reliability and flexibility to support the nature of the business.

You MUST HAVE a full UK driving licence and your own transport.

Experience and Qualifications - Desirable but not essential


NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care and have an understanding of the relevant Health and Safety Legislation for Movement and Handling.
