Classroom Recruiters, partnering with children's homes across the Burton area, are seeking compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Child Care Workers to join our team.

In this role, you'll be an integral part of a small, close-knit team, working under the direction of an experienced Team Leader and Care Manager.

Your primary responsibility will be providing essential care and support to children with special needs in a residential setting.

No formal qualifications are required for this role, but if you have a background in health and social care, it would be a great asset.

Previous experience in care or support roles is a definite bonus, but full training will be provided to all successful candidates.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Providing day-to-day care and support to children with special needs.

  • Assisting with daily activities, meals, and personal care tasks.
  • Engaging children in recreational and educational activities.
  • Following care plans and guidelines provided by the Care Manager.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.


You'll be working in a small team of 10 or fewer dedicated individuals, all committed to providing the best possible care and support to the children in our home.

Under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader and Care Manager, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

While formal qualifications are not required for this role, any background in health and social care would be advantageous.

Experience in care or support roles, even if not directly related to children with special needs, will be considered a definite bonus.
