The Ideal Candidate

Contagious enthusiasm and sincere desire to create memorable guest experiences. A natural ability to engage with others and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in hotel or restaurant operations. The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. A self-starter with the capability to work independently without supervision. A positive outlook and approachable demeanor that exudes warmth and professionalism. A willingness to learn and a desire to develop within the role. An innate talent and self-assurance in your abilities, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.

Hotel

Located to the west of Derby off the main ring road three miles from Derby city centre and just a 10-15-minute taxi journey from the main Derby train station. The Derby Mickleover Hotel, part of the Signature Collection By Best Western is in a real peach of a location with super transport links.
