Our café is a hub for both locals and visitors alike, offering a diverse menu and a warm, friendly atmosphere.


Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated member to join our team.

As a Café Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and contributing to the overall success of The Black Diamond Café.

You would be required to work the following days:
Saturday and Sunday and be flexible to cover staff holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items in accordance with café standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to the needs of our valued guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organised café environment, including tables, counters, and dining areas.
  • Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Opportunities:


In addition to your regular café hours, there may be opportunities to work in The Black Diamond Entertainment Venue for special events and functions.

These additional hours offer a chance to be part of an exciting and dynamic entertainment team.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 13 per week

Salary:
£5.28-£11.00 per hour
