Administration Assistant

Duties and responsibilities
- Answering the telephone, including transferring calls, forwarding messages as necessary, dealing with enquiries from customers, completing orders over the telephone etc.
- Assisting with Sales Order Processing UK & Export.
- Filing of Sales Order documentation.
- Deputise/cover when other members of the Office team are absent, ref cash book etc.
- Investigation, preparation & raising credit notes etc.
- Weekly/monthly reports to be printed off for Operations Director when required.
- Running orders off extranet and invoicing orders when necessary.
- Attending regular meetings with carriers regarding deliveries, procedures, and queries/complaints.
- Preparing spreadsheets for Managers and Assistant Managers as required.
- Maintaining training database.
- Involve some digital marketing support.
- Ensuring the safety of themselves and others through Health & Safety and Fire Regulations.
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30 am to 5 pm Mon to Fri with 1 hour lunch and 8.30 am to 4 pm Friday with half an hour lunch
- 37 hours per week
