It is an intense and exciting time to join us, as we support our organisation across both general staffing and medical staffing, in ensuring that we have the right people in the organisation to help us with the pressures that winter brings, including our ongoing response to COVID.

In the context of national shortages for many roles, the need for an excellent recruiter is more important now than ever before, to ensure that we attract the right people and get them started and settled as quickly as possible, without compromising safety or standards.

Ideally you will have some recruitment/resourcing experience and have knowledge of our recruitment system, TRAC, or a similar system, you'll be familiar with recruitment processes and best practice in this area.

You will have great customer service skills, with a passion to providing both managers and applicants a great recruitment experience

We have many great people working for us doing all sorts of roles, ranging from porters to doctors, from administrators to nurses, and everything in between.

But we all share one vision - we put our patients at the heart of everything we do.

At East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, we are proud of the range of general and specialist services we provide and our 6,000 or so dedicated staff ensure our patients get the best care.
