About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. As an OH Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering a proactive health service that protects and promotes the physical and psychological wellbeing of all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver health screening, health surveillance, and case management services to employees
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR, Safety, and other business functions
- Support the development of OH technicians and the wider OH team
- Provide clinical advice to support the wellbeing strategy and assist with manager training activities
- Lead on projects and drive service delivery improvements
Requirements
