Key Qualifications:

We are looking for a multifaceted, proactive, and passionate occupational health professional who is motivated to deliver outstanding service while promoting both physical and mental well-being. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • NMC RN part 1, RN part 3 - SCPHN (OH) registration
  • Experience in RGN Occupational Health, including pre-placement assessments, health surveillance, case management, lifestyle screening, travel health training, triage, and responding to inquiries.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and confidence in operating occupational health systems and tools.
  • Ability to produce comprehensive case management reports, conduct health surveillance activities, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate effectively both on-site and remotely.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conducting health screenings, travel health assessments, health surveillance, and case management.
  • Delivering presentations and reports at various forums and meetings.
  • Assisting the organization in implementing the Health & Well-being Strategy and Campaigns.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Being an integral member of a nationwide occupational health team.
  • Traveling between sites as required.
  • Collaborating closely with Human Resources and Safety team members.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be British Citizens or Dual UK nationals with British citizenship. Restrictions regarding nationality and/or work rights may apply. Following the offer stage, all successful candidates will be required to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the client's Security Team.
