Duties and tasks related to the HR Coordinator/Administrator role

  • Being agile and flexible as you will support with a variety of HR tasks including Recruitment, Onboarding of new colleagues, Employee Relations, Recognition & Social Events, as well as internal communications
  • Manage and utilise all HR systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Taleo, Fourth, Hyatt Learning)
  • Be able to connect with others, getting to know our colleagues and being their point of reference for HR related queries
  • Bring a sense of fun and enthusiasm to your role, helping to maintain the positive atmosphere that exists across our teams
