Main Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Taking calls and dealing with customers
- Liaising with the team regarding customers and suppliers' queries
- Working with the accounts team to process orders through to invoicing
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, file management, and record keeping.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Friendly and approachable personality.
