Relationship Manager, Theatre (ND7)



Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2025, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also values flexibility and encourages applications from individuals requiring it)


Salary: £35,225 per annum plus benefits such as a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.


Location: Leeds (Hybrid working model with regular on-site contact)


Arts Council England is seeking a collaborative and inclusive Relationship Manager knowledgeable in Theatre to join the supportive north team. The role contributes to the Let's Create strategy for a culturally enriched country.


We are in search of candidates with expertise to work in Yorkshire and the wider North Team. The role involves advising and supporting artists and organizations, driving engagement in arts and culture.


If this were your current role, some areas you would work on this week include:

  • Giving funding advice, assessing grant applications, understanding project information, and monitoring performance
  • Assessing financial information, identifying risk, and providing feedback on artistic plans
  • Contributing to various Arts Council initiatives
