Description

The main responsibilities of the Receptionist are:

  • Telephone and front desk receptionist
  • Provide administrative/clerical support
  • Greet and accommodate all visitors
  • Keep reception area tidy and welcome visitors
  • Manage and monitor a busy switchboard with redirection of calls
  • Arrange meeting room accommodation
  • Provide refreshments for visitors as and when required
  • Raise purchase orders via SAP
  • Meet new starters and provide H&S induction and create security passes
  • Organise travel and or taxi reservations for visitors

Profile

The successful Receptionist will posses:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
