Customer Service - Account Manager at Information Services Consultancy

My client is a top-notch Information Services consultancy, with clients from diverse sectors, seeking a Customer Service - Account Manager to join their team.

Job Purpose

To provide exceptional care to exceed client expectations and offer support to the growing client base across Great Britain

Job Overview

The position requires you to excel in enthusiasm as part of our Client Experience Account Management team. Be the primary contact for any issues or concerns raised while achieving service excellence by delivering prompt client-focused solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Key contact for receiving client queries and requests
  • Ensure acknowledgment of all client cases in line with department procedures
  • Adequately investigate and respond to client queries using relevant databases and systems
  • Promptly respond to client queries, complaints, and requests for cancellations
  • Review and handover client complaints effectively to the Cancellations Team
  • Maintain client profiles, including site updates and employee information changes
  • Liaise with the Business Development Manager to clarify client service provision
  • Handle client and consultant calls, resolving queries and complaints
  • Identify old products and additional requirements to generate referral leads for sales
  • Proactively make calls to existing clients for Account Management
  • Assist in garnering positive company reviews across various platforms
