Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Providecourteous and efficient support to customers via phone email andlive chat channels.
2. Address inquiries resolve issuesand escalate complex cases to appropriate teams whennecessary.
3. Utilize CRM software to accurately documentcustomer interactions ensuring timely followup andresolution.
4. Stay knowledgeable about products servicesand company policies to provide accurate information tocustomers.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding sales marketing and operations to address customer needsand improve processes.
6. Identify opportunities forprocess improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overallcustomer experience.
7. Maintain a positive andprofessional attitude representing the companys values in allinteractions withcustomers.

Requirements:
1. Previousexperience in customer service or a related field preferably in ahybrid or remote work environment.
2. Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with strong activelistening skills.
3. Empathy and patience in dealing withcustomers with a focus on providing personalized and empatheticsupport.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks ina fastpaced environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other customer service tools.
6. Flexibilityto work a combination of remote and inoffice shifts asneeded.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additionaleducation or certifications in customer service are aplus.
