We're on the lookout for a Senior Planning Analyst to join our Adviser Vector team, supporting the planning of our operational and customer-facing teams.

If you have a solid background in resource planning roles and can juggle multiple tasks while meeting expectations, you're the one we need. You should grasp planning for both front and back-office functions and be able to demonstrate your skills in meetings with senior leadership.

You must excel in numeracy, be proactive, and showcase excellent accuracy and decision-making abilities.

This role is within our Workforce Planning team, crucial for supporting our customer-facing teams in achieving outstanding results by ensuring they have the right people in the right place at the right time for the best customer experience.

You will analyze data, including commercial and operational data, to detect trends and offer recommendations to positively impact our outcomes.

  • Analyze past data to strategically plan resources
  • Ensure adequate resources based on historical data
  • Conduct 'what if' assessments to understand the effects of changing requirements on customer-facing teams
  • Understand shifts in operational FTE, joiner/movers/leavers, and their impact on service
  • Show simplified plans to engage a senior audience through both written and verbal presentations
  • Lead meetings with colleagues at various levels, up to Head of Function
Experience Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of key Resource Planning principles
  • Knowledge of statistics & analytics and workforce planning
  • Desirable knowledge of WFM systems and Telephony products (AWS Connect, Verint)
  • Ability to interpret data effectively
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
