Join Our Team as a Human Resources Manager at XYZ Company
Working closely with the Factory General Manager and the site leadership team, in addition to being a key member of our HR Team, you will have the exciting role of driving and implementing essential HR initiatives for a workforce of up to 500 employees.
You'll lead by example, provide valuable coaching, manage KPIs effectively, and act as the go-to person for all HR matters including employee relations, engagement, learning & development, and recruitment. Moreover, you will oversee the site HR team, ensuring smooth operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Implementing robust development and succession plans
- Handling wage negotiation activities strategically, including market rate benchmarking and negotiations
- Overseeing key HR projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Collaborating with HR colleagues effectively
- Contributing significantly to development programs within the site
What We Expect from You:
- CIPD qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a unionised setting
- Proven track record in handling TU negotiations, pay awards, and terms & conditions reviews
- Sound knowledge of employment law and change management
- Experience in team management and building strong cross-functional relationships
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of around £75,000 per year, along with car allowance and a bonus scheme
